I am currently going into my sophomore year at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where I am majoring in computer science. I previously attended The Hewitt School from Kindergarten to 12th grade.

I started learning about computer science when I was in 8th grade and accepted to the Computing and Programming Experience (CAPE). There, I gained experience in App Inventor, Processing, Arduino, and Java. Later when I started to attend, and then become a facilitator of the Logo Summer Institute, I gained experience with Makey Makey, Scratch, Turtle Art, Snap!, Ardublock, and Scratch for Arduino.

Technology is becoming more and more prevalent in our society, so I believe that it is important for everyone to understand how it all works. I enjoy being a Logo Summer Institute facilitator because it allows me to pass my knowledge on to educators who in turn will pass their new knowledge on to their students.
