I currently serve as the Assistant Director of the University of Houston STEM Teacher Equity Project (STEP).  We provide long-term, sustained professional development to K12 science and computer science teachers.  One of our missions is to provide teachers with the content knowledge and resources that will allow them to design inquiry based lessons that are engaging and meaningful.  I found that LOGO was an amazing way to achieve this goal while integrating coding into all content areas.
 
I look forward to collaborating with STEM professionals that share a common fervor for computer science education.
